We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city. It was easy to explore the nearby tourist attractions and go around the centre. the room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with all the necessary amenities. the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and had several options. the hotel offers a relaxing leisure facility to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, our check-in process took longer than we expected, but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Possibly the best and such great stay in what was a lovely town. The staff was welcoming and the food was delicious! Marvellous location at a medium distance from Casa del Cordon. Walking distance to several stores and stores across the street. Nice restaurant at the lobby.
Not particularly friendly staff!

A new hotell, probably the best in Burgos. Very clean hotell. Perfect staff. We did not have any breakfast at the hotell. There are many bars arround where you can get a good breakfast with fesh squeezed orrange juice or coffe with a jamon sandwich for around 3 Euro or tortilla or something more.
The cleaning was perfect some days (7 days of 10 we lived at the hotell) and some days (3 of 7) the cleaning lady did not clean glasses och the table and picked upp towels from the floor which was for cleaning.

The breakfast was very good, all meals were appetising. The location was marvellous and lovely, near the Museum of the Evolution, in the easily accessible area. A cool bonus was Bertiz Panaderia y Cafeteria, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The location is very central, within walking distance of a cathedral and a museum, and make sure to book the superior twin room with a window facing open space and great heating.

We stayed at the hotel for one night only, choosing it because of its excellent location in Bourges city centre and the fact that it had received good reviews. We arrived around 3pm and found the hotel easily by following the Booked.net directions. Check in was efficient and the receptionist spoke good English. We put our car in the underground car park, which is very tight and would probably intimidate less confident drivers, but is nevertheless very convenient. Our triple room on the 6th floor was large airy and comfortable and had all the usual amenities. There was plenty of room even with the extra(comfortable) bed for my daughter, but beware the iron base of the large double bed if you don't want bruised ankles! The best thing about the hotel from our point of view was the excellent late lunch we ate in the restaurant, with high quality food and as much good wine as we could drink from the 19 euro set menu, served by friendly efficient waitresses. It was probably the best meal we had during a 14 day trip around 6 Spanish cities and we had some good meals! We didn't have breakfast there, going to the cafeteria next door to the right as a much cheaper and very acceptable alternative. I'd have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again and I was surprised to read the negative comments some people have posted recently, but maybe we got the best deal when it came to staff.

We stayed for three nights in this hotel. The room was a good size and was stylish and comfortably furnished (a comfortable armchair is always a plus). The beds were comfortable and the linens very good quality. Our room overlooked the atrium to the rear which meant the room was very quiet but it also was overlooked by the glass sided elevator which meant it was necessary to close the heavy curtains when the lights were on in the room - which was most of the time because little natural daylight came in. We would definitely stay at this hotel again but would request a room at the front of the hotel. We didn´t have breakfast because it was expensive - we actually had a good breakfast in the nice café next door. Burgos is a lovely city and this hotel is in an excellent location overlooking the river and close to the cathedral.
Check in and check out took an absolute age, very frustrating! The difficult access to the car park has been well described by other reviewers - great care needs to be taken if you have a large vehicle.
